Engineered for next\u2011generation AI, hyperscale, and HPC environments, these additions extend the S\u2011Series into even higher\u2011density compute tiers while strengthening DDC\u2019s position as a leader in rack\u2011level asset protection and thermal performance.<\/p>\n

The announcement also advances Daikin Applied\u2019s broader strategy to deliver end\u2011to\u2011end thermal management solutions. By integrating rack containment, direct\u2011to\u2011chip liquid cooling, and facility HVAC\/chiller technologies, Daikin continues to build a comprehensive ecosystem for rapidly scaling AI data centers.<\/p>\n

The S\u2011Series platform encloses each rack within its own sealed, controlled environment, protecting high\u2011value GPU assets from fire, water, dust, and environmental intrusion while providing optimized airflow and pressure control. GPUVault is a flexible module designed for facilities with ceiling height or MEP constraints. Features include a three\u2011cabinet module with integrated central air\u2011handling unit, support for 36\u2011inch and 42\u2011inch cabinets, a side\u2011car water loop design that eliminates overhead water lines, and up to 200 kW airside cooling in a sealed, isolated environment.<\/p>\n

The expanded S\u2011Series complements Daikin Applied\u2019s investment in next\u2011generation thermal management technologies, including its $163 million R&D test lab under construction in Plymouth, Minnesota.
